My Eureka Expedition Tent

My Eureka Expedition tent has been going strong from the day I bought it from Allgoods in 1998. In April this year we used it at Lees Paddocks. I marveled how well it's holding up after 12 years. And yes it's had some big trips, like the Spires for example.
While the tent is in good condition, it is a heavier tent, when compared to the modern ones. I starter to ponder "What if I look online for a lighter Eureka tent now our dollar is so high?". I can't believe the prices, most around US$120. Some of these tents sell for AU$600+ in the local stores. See for yourself with the links below:
